Apogee One for iOS and Mac handson

Apogee NAMM walked with a trio of new audio interfaces equipped for both iOS and Mac While the duo and quartet are certainly formidable pieces of recording equipment, more compact Apogee One drew our attention to their ability to capture two without adding too much weight to the ol 'backpack. The device accepts input from a microphone and XLR and 1/4-inch analog input - connect both via a two-headed Y-cable. From there, one is connected to a power supply or your iPad, iPhone, iPod touch, or Apple computer of choice for the capture of two monitoring. After seeing the device around and spend a few minutes of handling, our main complaint is the lack of lightning connection. Of course, it is good that we can equip our iDevices, but we would like to see a cable that is included in the final of Cupertino on port instead of having to find an adapter.

Without being able to capture a strong voice in the living experience here at NAMM animated, unfortunately, I can not speak to the quality condenser microphone onboard. However, the guitar riffs that seem to manage quite well when recording with GarageBand in a mini iPad. As mentioned earlier, the team has also marginalized the Low Latency Monitoring program management and control of a little more about how things are progressing. In addition to all this, the gadget features a dial button similar to the original version for the selection of control functions and input / output levels with two batteries LED for visual indication of these signals. One deals with the same solid build quality we've come to expect from Apogee based on some of the other products that I have spent time with extension. For a brisk walk, take a look at the video that is beyond the rest.
