Intel and Nissan collaborate on Infiniti's 2013 infotainment system, Atom inside
Intel is known to mark their territory in a wide range of consumer equipment, but a piece of equipment is unlikely that sport is the coveted information and entertainment system from 2013 Nissan Infiniti range. Unveiled today at the Auto Show New York, the equipment on the vehicle represents a collaboration between Intel and Nissan and was featured in the Infiniti vehicle THE concept. Inside lies an Atom processor, which breaks with the general trend in the ARM architecture in these systems. Both companies put their collective heads to create cloud services for smartphone users, such as video surveillance, control and monitoring of vehicles. As a further refinement pleasant, users will be able to use the capabilities of your phone NFC keyless entry with transport - no word on whether it can activate so on.
