PC overclockers have venerable MSI Afterburner utility to edit your collection of video cards. Afterburner (free) is designed to work with MSI's own products, but actually works with the most modern equipment.

Afterburner controls here are very simple, dressed in shiny boxes and gradient gray green to save face, but the basics are well represented. You find tension, heart, shaders and controls clock speed of the memory and ventilator settings and presets profile startup options and a video card hardware monitor. You will not get data from other utilities here, but you will not find more focused and judicious use Afterburner with those either.
