Company says it will comply with the recommendations of monitoring after being convicted of violation of consumer protection

"We take very seriously their concerns and will be voluntary implementation of the recommended changes."

The ASA already confirmed a series of complaints about advertising and Groupon expressed concern about his inability to carry out promotions fairly and provide evidence that the offers are available and concern for the exaggerations of claims of savings.
