New Data Dump Shows Feds Massively Increased Spying On Who You're Talking To
federal hate to reveal this information, because of successful lawsuits by the ACLU, Department of Justice was forced to disclose information on the frequency of monitoring electronic communications of U.S. citizens without a warrant - ". trap and trace "with what is known as" pen register "and this type of monitoring is not a real communication (which is the NSA, apparently), but only the information that is communicated. For various reasons, this information is considered can get without a warrant. As expected, the data show an increase in the mass surveillance rather such by the Department of Justice.
