entire population of Denmark for over 30 years and found the incidence of brain cancer among users of mobile phones is no more

There is no connection between long-term use of mobile phones and brain cancer, research suggests.

As has been described as the largest study on the subject, the researchers found that cancer rates in the central nervous system were almost the same in both long-term mobile phone users and people do not use telephones, the study published in bmj.com found.

There are more than 5 billion mobile phone subscribers in the world and people have expressed concern that electromagnetic fields emitted by holding a phone to your ear, may cause harmful health.

The researchers said there was no increased risk for the center of all nervous system tumors and all cancers combined among mobile phone users.

The authors said: "The extended follow-up allowed us to study the effects on people who used cell phones for 10 years or older, and that long-term use was not associated with an increased risk of cancer.
