How to get into IT
To enter - and remain - a role in information technology should be aware of new trends and be ready always to "skill up"
The sector employs the largest number of graduates from all sectors. It is popular because graduates can work for a computer company or IT role in any company in any industry. It is also an attractive career choice, as it allows flexible working arrangements, regular in the workplace, and the ability to apply skills and knowledge across a broad range of sectors.

We take about 30 to 40 graduates per year in our training plan, and about 100 trainees who are in a duct system of higher education. Not tend to have many graduates with a degree in pure computer science, as we like to hire people from all different backgrounds - and that includes graduates mature
